Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where your service provider is located) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Snow Day Calculator may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
